As the Coronavirus COVID-19 continues to impact our community, we will be adjusting our operations to help protect our members, our staff, and our community. The health and safety of our members and staff is our top priority, we hope you find our actions to be reasonable.
Beginning Wednesday, March 18th, we are moving to drive-thru service until further notice. Branch lobby service will be closed, except by appointment under special circumstances.
While in-branch banking is suspended, transactions can be performed using our drive-thru service at all Dirigo FCU branches during normal drive-up hours.
New Loan and Deposit Account Requests:
We can still provide you with all your loan or new account needs through our online channels. Visit our website to apply. If you have questions, we are happy to help you on the phone at 1-800-281-5435. We will communicate with you quickly on all your requests.
You can perform all banking transactions online including transfers and loan payments with our home banking platform. In addition, you can deposit checks through our mobile app.
ATM Access & SURF Network:
Easy 24 hour access to your money is available at ATMs located at every Dirigo FCU branch and over 265 SURF Network locations. All our branch ATMs are equipped to accept cash and check deposits during and outside of normal business hours.
In addition, for the safety of our staff and members we have made the decision to postpone our annual meeting scheduled for Sunday April 5, 2020. Currently, we do not have a new date for the event.
