How does the upgrade work? For those who have automatic updates selected in their device settings, the upgrade will happen automatically.Those who do not receive automatic device updates will receive a pop-up notification upon entering their App.Select to go to your device’s App Store where you can click “upgrade” to accept the newest App version. When is the upgrade taking place? The upgrade is scheduled for Monday October 4th. We expect roughly two hours of down-time while the upgrade is being implemented. New versions of the App should be available in Samsung or Apple stores during the day Tuesday October 5th.
