Please confirm that your contact information is currently up-to-date to transfer platforms. If your contact information is incorrect at the time of the transfer, you will not be able to access the new platform. 

Your primary contact information can be updated either through digital banking on a desktop or your mobile browser. Once you are logged in, you can update your primary contact information under the “Profile” tab.

Our Call Center team can also update your contact information at 1.800.281.5435 along with our Tellers and Member Service Representatives when you visit one of our branches during business hours.
